Background . . .

ProList Realty Advisors is the newest member of the Intown Real Estate Group. We have been doing business in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas Metrople for over twenty years, primarily as Intown  Properties. We have a long standing record of success, most notably in the Urban Sector, of Helping 1000's of People Buy, Sell, and Rent Homes in a wide range of Styles, Neighborhoods, and Prices.

As is true with most industries, technology (primarily the internet) is forcing all of us to take a hard look at our Traditional Business Models. On-Line Stores have certainly altered the way we shop. We buy airline tickets and book hotel rooms on the web, and handle financial transactions with our Phones. Since we intend to be an integral part of the future of Real Estate, we felt it prudent to change direction. Through Intown, we have been more identified with the Buyer Side of transactions, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. With ProList, our focus has shifted exclusively to the Seller Side.

Leadership . . .

The Intown Real Estate Group, and ProList, are led by the Father/Daughter duo of Earl Hoppenrath and Heidi Palazzo, who is also the Designated Broker for the organization. Earl also serves as Manager of the North Texas Region (DFW). Together, Earl and Heidi have been active in Real Estate for over 50 years, as well as a long history of other business experience at both the local and national levels. As ProList grows, our Management Team will be expanded as needed.

Scope & Structure . . .

While every Broker/Agent's Texas Real Estate License technically allows them to do business anywhere within the state. . .common sense tells us that the more Knowledge and Expertise we have in a given area, and the more versed we are about the history, nuances, and values in that neighborhood; the better we can serve our clients. For this reason, ProList has divided the overall market into smaller sub-markets, and will not do business there until after we have a 'Professional Neighborhood Specialist'  in place who will have the responsibility of overseeing all Listing and Sales Activity there.

We have always prided ourselves on thinking 'Outside the Box', and ProList is no exception. We believe this website is a prime example of this.
