overview . . .
As stated earlier, while every Broker/Agent's Texas Real Estate License technically allows them to do business anywhere within the state, common sense tells us that the more knowledge and expertise we have in a given area, and the more versed we are about the history, nuances, and values in that neighborhood; the better we can serve our clients. For this reason, ProList has divided the overall market into smaller sub-markets, each employing a 'Neighborhood Specialist' who will have the responsibility of overseeing all Listing and Sales Activity there.
Our Business Plan breaks our Primary Markets down into three Tiers or Groups. Our first Tier is a Regional Level, our second Tier is by Counties, and our third Tier is at the Neighborhood or Subdivision Area where Homes are located. This Business Model provides the benefits of both Short and Long Term use of Resources; and allows our Clients to receive a High Level of Service, while paying a Fair and Below Market Fee, which results in Faster Sales and More Money in Their Pockets.
Regions . . .
ProList currently does business in the North Texas - DFW Region. As ProList grows and the need dictates, it is entirely possible that Additional Regions could be added across the state in areas like Austin, Houston, San Antonio, the Gulf Coast, El Paso, Midland/Odessa and the Plains.
Counties . . .
Currently, the DFW Region of ProList operates in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, and Rockwall Counties. These areas were selected because of our Market Knowledge, large population segments, and record setting growth.
Neighborhoods . . .
To insure that we are serving our clients diligently, our primary focus in Dallas will be the Downtown, Uptown, Turtle Creek, Victory Park, East Dallas, Lakewood, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Deep Ellum, and North Oak Cliff neighborhoods.
Our goal is to have Neighborhood Agents that not only work in their respective areas, but also, live there and are an intregal part of the community. This is the 'Operational Level' and is the True Strength of our organization.
